or: death, or nothing like it…

remember who and what you are… a song: http://bit.ly/cxiI34

consider the possibility that you came back to this reality in order to experience or learn something you couldn’t learn or experience on another plain of existence…

it’d make sense that you’d need to “simplify” your “knowing” of where you came from, in order to fully embrace the human condition, in order to maximize your time here this go ’round. (especially if you chose the experience(s) of debilitating physical condition/injury, addiction, disease, etc.)

some of us do this so well that we won’t “know” until we transition back to the non-physical, who we were (what we really are), or why we came back this way again. what’s even more powerful to understand, is that you can’t ever “get it wrong” nor can you completely “get it right”, and most certainly never “get it done”.

it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme, because energy is in constant motion, transfiguration, transmutation, transition and transcendence (or in this case, descendant). beyond that, love, in its grandest sense (beyond our mere words or understanding of it) rule the day. also, you’re never alone on this journey. everyone around you is you, and is for you, from you, and with you. beyond that, there are guides and assistants just beyond what the eye can see… search/feel/ask with your heart and you’ll know.

watch this film: Infinity: The Ultimate Trip http://amzn.to/cCUKLn to raise your awareness a little more, if you’re needing a boost. there is ample evidence from numerous sources around the planet that support all of these details, stories, revelations, and information. if you have any doubt, think about where that doubt comes from. let go and allow understanding to unfold. you have nothing to fear.

so wherever you are in your life, take time every day to step outside of the physical/human/logical viewpoint. you are more than you can see, touch, hear, taste or smell. so much more…

love your life,
tb

Coward

There is a strong theme of spineless-ness in our culture today, and it’s unfortunate.

I watched a few minutes of TV this evening, and it was long enough to see an ad for a drug that works in addition to your “regular” anti-depression pills, if they’re not working well enough. Twice mentioned before the ad was done was the side-effect of death. How is this acceptable?

Lies and half-truths are commonplace (primarily from parents/guardians, teachers, etc., etc.), gossip is second-nature, and ranting about someone behind their back is pretty much expected. It doesn’t matter whether you consider yourself spiritual, religious, or otherwise saintly. I’ve seen the worst of this from the self-proclaimed “best” of them. If we do have core values, clearly there is an imbalance between actions, and beliefs.

Business executives hide behind corporate practices and titles, and sit ready and willing to call foul. But they’re even more prepared to fabricate justifications for lawsuits, and most frequently against those who cannot afford to defend themselves in the chosen arena.

It’s about image and profit, not what’s best for everyone, or humanity.

Law – suit. Hadn’t noticed that before.

Accountants for huge companies are now called “creative” accountants, as they’ve earned a new title that goes beyond simply being “certified” because that simply isn’t good enough when you’re looking to cook the books, take advantage of loopholes, or manipulate terms of contracts and maximize “losses”. In the entertainment business, in both music and film, this is done every day. I’m sure you might be aware of similar practices, in varying degree, closer to home.

The term “corporation” has become synonymous with “coward” to me. The spillover of this is seen in most everything pop-culture and mainstream media. Strange and unbecoming behaviour is “OK” because it’s so frequently seen on TV, in film, in music, in magazines, by political leaders, by community leaders, and well just about everyone. That nagging voice of consciousness is relegated to a mere annoying whisper, that is shunned, silenced, and beaten down. We can’t handle the truth!

Marketing and public relations (image / false-front) firms are disgusting, and so are those odd animals that work for the powers-that-be, who need endless distractions to keep the general population numb, dumb, and stupid. It’s easy to hold hundreds of millions of minds in a lower vibration when you know which buttons to push, having derived a system (from infant, to adult) of self-denigration, subservience, countless limitations and illusion. WAKE UP! MOST OF IT IS NOTHING BUT NOISE! Look beyond the big, bold letters on the front page and find the real story therein.

On the one hand, it’s good to see that some things are being shaken up, by those who are willing to stand up. But I’d wager that most people who complain about something, stop there. Being a slave to a kind of lifestyle, paycheque, belief system, or social status is hindering, no? We’re petrified of perceived repercussions. But what price do you pay for continued silence or status quo?

Truth is, it doesn’t have to be this way. In your own personal bubble, and in the global community bubble, it really doesn’t. But if constructive, forward-thinking and unifying changes are going to constantly be counterbalanced with morons-in-suits upon high, humanity is never going to get it together – not without some catastrophic consequences.

But it starts with you, and with me. It starts within, as I’m sure you’ve heard before. The challenge in front of you is to step up. Petty interpersonal indifference and malignments echo into the world, as much as fake wars and made-up headlines do. If you’re afraid of confrontation, shut up! Deal with YOUR issues, and quit projecting your nuisance and noise upon others.

For now, concern yourself with your own bubble, and let your countenance reverberate out into the greater consciousness and let it be. No matter what, love still rules the day.

Leadership

Sunday, June 20th, 2010

As ever, these are my observations. Take them as you wish…

Politicians are reactive, and will do what they need to in order to remain in office, or in their position, or to attain a position and ensure some sort of retirement package, regardless of whether or not their time spent in that chair is of any benefit to anyone else at all.

Being reactive, they don’t really think for themselves. They are inundated with lobbyist pressure, public outcries, and whatever slant is imposed upon them by whatever force requires something from them. Most often, it’s the last consideration of what’s best for everyone, because it’s a choice or wealthy few who make decisions that influence these silly, cowardly puppets. So unfortunately their job becomes one of fielding occasional news media scrutiny, but rarely actually saying anything definitively. Everything is possible, potential, in consideration, or on the table for discussion. What gets resolved is what has the most reward, be it financial, political, positional, or familial. Yes, cowardly.

Politicians are not, therefore, leaders. Not by any stretch. They afford us someone to bitch about, complain to, or vent upon, mostly because we’re used to some sort of distant subservience and can’t actually get organized as a society, or culture, and effect change for ourselves. So, when things happen that are outrageous, scandalous, or otherwise headline-worthy, we’re satiated by the opportunity to gripe about something we really don’t know anything about…

Perhaps it’s time for a CTRL-ALT-DEL on the whole thing, no? Regardless of who ultimately ends up with the false title of “prime minister” or “president” or whatever stupid label you want to use, our conditioned response is one of waiting for their failure, more frequently with those promises made along their road to election. It’s rather absurd, but we take it, again and again, and again, and assume something different will happen this time around! WAKE UP!

No single man or woman can possibly ever really have the ability to properly lead a nation of any size, for more of them have advisers, writers, readers, and handlers that do most everything for them anyway. It’s all bullshit, really. But, that’s not to say it’s hopeless. Again, what’s MOST important, is to remember that each and every one of us have a voice, and we need, ultimately, to use it. If we’re complacent and reactive, much like our supposed leaders are, then we have NO right to complain if policies, laws, and orders are not to our communal liking or benefit. It is of utmost importance to STAND UP and realize that everyone around you is a part of you, and ultimately wants the same thing. We just need to communicate, without stupid limitations such as race, religion, colour or creed.

We’re humans, and we’re not simply animals. We’re in control here, for whatever it’s worth, and what we choose to co-create is our CHOICE, moment to moment, minute to minute, and year to year. There’s no better time than NOW, for NOW is really the only “time” there is.

Search yourself for that spark and light up the flame that burns brightly, join hands with your neighbour and effect the change you want, from the bottom up, as they’d say, which is ultimately where the power lies. Don’t just react to headlines, in fact, if you read them at all, treat them as such: merely one angle or opinion, or point of view.

News media types are akin to buzzards, circling around awaiting some morsel of sustenance, provided willingly by those who know how to manipulate the system as it currently stands. They too, are largely cowards, and they know it, for they can rarely think for themselves, and are reading from teleprompters, not speaking their minds and heart truths.

It’s a game, and you know it. It’s a beautiful thing, for once you’re conscious and aware of it (AWAKENED) then the next step is always clear. It’s a step that is infused with love as it’s foundation, and love as it’s fuel. It’s a loaded weapon of unity and coalition of strengths, acceptance, and unlimited potential.

I’m ready. So are you. There is no fight to fight, for the enemy is within. Face your demons and realize the power of who and what you REALLY are. They’ve been lying to you for most of your life, and it’ll serve you well to shed that old skin to be reborn into a new way of thinking, of BEing, and of universal interdependency. You need no one, but you are everyone. Period.

Done, and done. :)
